Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Pocket Apps Mobile ("we", "our", or "us") makes the Looped: Ghost Trail mobile game ("Looped"). This page explains what information is involved when you play Looped, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Looped has no account of its own and never asks you to sign up. We do not collect, store, or sell personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location, and we run no servers that receive your game data.

2. Data stored on your device

To remember your progress, the game saves the following on your device:

Android's own backup may include this data in your Google account backup so it can be restored on a new phone. You can turn this off in your device's backup settings.

3. Google Play Games

If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the game uses it to back up your progress (cloud save) so you can restore it after reinstalling or on a new phone, to submit your best time to the leaderboard, and to unlock achievements. Your Play Games profile name and avatar may be visible to other players on the leaderboard, according to your Play Games settings. This is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising

Looped is free to play and supported by ads. We use Google AdMob to show banners on menu screens, an occasional ad between runs, and optional rewarded ads (such as a second chance or double XP). AdMob may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, and ad interactions to serve and measure ads, which may be personalized depending on your choices.

Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK), the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before ads are personalized. You can change your choice any time from Settings > Privacy options in the game, when it is shown. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

For details, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

5. Reviews and sharing

The game may ask Google Play to show its in-app review prompt; any review you leave is handled by Google Play. If you choose to share a run portrait or your score, the image and text are created on your device and sent only to the app you pick.

6. Permissions

7. Analytics and cookies

We do not use our own analytics or cookies. Our advertising partner may use similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, as described above.

8. Children's privacy

Looped is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, please contact us and we will take steps to address it.

9. Deleting your data

You can delete the progress stored on your device by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game. Your cloud save, leaderboard entries and achievements can be managed or deleted from your Google Play Games settings.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
