Privacy Policy

Pocket Apps Mobile ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Bubble Poppers mobile game. This page explains what information is collected when you play Bubble Poppers, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Bubble Poppers does not require an account, and we do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location. Signing in to Google Play Games is optional (see section 3).

To understand how the game is played and improve it, we collect anonymous usage data through the analytics services described in section 3, such as which levels are started and finished, scores, settings changes, and when ads are shown.

2. Your Saved Progress

To remember your progress, the game saves the following on your device:

If you are signed in to Google Play Games, your game progress (levels, stars, best scores, unlocked items, the tutorial and bubble shape) is also saved to your Google account through Play Games saved games, so you can pick up where you left off on a new phone or after reinstalling. Your settings and ad counters stay on your device. We never receive this saved progress; it is stored by Google.

3. Third-Party Services

Bubble Poppers is free to play and supported by ads. We use Google AdMob to show banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. AdMob may collect and use information such as your device's Advertising ID, IP address, device model, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, which may be personalized based on your settings.

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads on Android). For details on how Google uses data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to measure gameplay and app usage. It collects events such as level progress and ad views, together with device information, an app instance identifier, and approximate location derived from your IP address. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.

We use Meta App Events (the Facebook SDK) to measure app installs and gameplay milestones and to understand the performance of our ads on Meta platforms. It may collect your Advertising ID, device information, and the in-app events described above. In the EEA and UK it only runs if you consent to storing and accessing information on your device. You do not need a Facebook account, and we do not use Facebook Login. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

We use Google Play services to let you rate the game without leaving it and to offer in-app updates when a new version is available. These features are provided by Google Play under the Google Privacy Policy; we do not receive your rating or review through them.

We use Google Play Games Services for optional sign-in, achievements, and cloud saves of your progress (see section 2). When you sign in, Google shares your Play Games player profile with the game and records the achievements you unlock. See the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Permissions

The game requests only the following permissions:

5. Cookies and Tracking

The game does not use cookies. The advertising and analytics services described in section 3 use device identifiers, such as your Advertising ID, to deliver and measure ads and to analyze app usage. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), we ask for your consent before any ads load, and you can review or change that choice at any time under Privacy choices in the game's settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Bubble Poppers is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, please contact us and we will take steps to address it.

7. Data Security and Deletion

Progress saved on your device is deleted when you clear the app's storage or uninstall Bubble Poppers.

Progress saved to Google Play Games stays in your Google account after you uninstall, so it can be restored later. To delete it, open the Play Games app and go to Settings > Delete Play Games account & data, then delete the data for Bubble Poppers. You can also contact us and we will help.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
